1) Good quality winter tires on their own steel wheels will easily last you at least 4 seasons, if not more. As long as you do not abuse them and take them off once the temperature goes over 7 degrees Celsius. 2) You can purchase your own small vacuum and a portable tire air compressor from any good hardware outlet and that will save you many years of vacuuming and air pressure cost. The portable compressors come with inbuilt gauges. 3) Learn how to do your own car servicing such as oil changes, brakes, etc etc - it'll save you a lot of $$ for your entire lifetime of owning a car.

Agree with most of the above. However at some point the time and effort spent on your own repairs isn’t worth it. Much better to pay a professional to do it correctly. Doing your own oil change doesn’t save that much after the cost of buying the oil and filter and tools, and then the time to go dispose the used oil safely. I’d rather spend that time working and earning my income. If you’re knowledgeable about repairs then it can save money but if not it’s much quicker and easier to get a professional to do their job.

Bhai mere first thing aap rehte Kahan ho, secondly who changes oil in 3 months, washing car go to self wash station, I pay only $6 plus for vacuuming buy small one from Amazon or Walmart and use it. I live in BC too, so you can talk to me anytime we can chat

1. People who take care of their cars change oil every 3 months. You can chose to change in once per year. Your choice. 2. Not doing self wash is a personal choice. Never said touch-less wash is unaffordable. Some days I do self wash as well. 3. The commercial vaccum is uneatable in terms of strength, cheap knock off amazon/walmart vaccums can never compete.

@@PiyushCanada bro i do not know how much you drive your car but if you know anything about cars then 99% of cars use synthetic oil now and minimum requirement is 8000 kms and for new cars its even go upto 16000 kms. I am sure that you do not drive your car for more than 8000 kms in 3 months. Also it depends upon you how much you get your car dirty that you that powerful vaccum. i even use my normal household vaccum in it . You mentioned that here winter tyres are must which is not specially in Lower mainland area. Yes if you are in Northern part of BC or towards kamloops, Golden etc And evrything I am saying its from long experience plus I am a tech enthusiatic and I worked in an automotive company for almost less than a decade. So basically there are ways where you can save money even in this content of yours. I have nothing against you, I can help you in some of the details if you need. Good luck

Plus when you say BC please mention you live in Kamloops because BC is very big and every part is different.
