I have a puppy and the grass died from her going potty on it. Plus i live in the mideterranean area. We have a lot of sun all year round and it takesss a huuuuge amount of money to keep the grass alive. Im here because im considering changing up to turf

Those are good reasons. Make sure to use the odor absorbing infill for the turf.

Yikes, what a palaver to install artificial turf and all the effort one must go to to make it look natural! Makes you wonder why you wouldn't just use natural grass in the first place. I had a terrible lawn a few years ago, full of weeds and bare patches. I pulled some of the worst weeds out, raked, scarified, spread some compost over the top and reseeded it. It cost just a few pounds. I mow it infrequently, allowing it to get a bit of length before I do so and it's looked good ever since.
