Real HUNGARIAN delicious food: stuffed peppers
Try this delicious Hungarian specialty. 😀 💕
This dish is usually prepared in two ways. Filled with peppers or in dumpling form.
Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 dkg minced meat, 8 dkg rice, 1 egg, salt, pepper, red pepper, 1-2 celery sticks, 1-1.5 liters of tomato juice or 20 dkg tomatoes, flour, oil, sugar, potato
Preparation:
We fry the onion in a little oil and let it cool. Fry the rice in a little oil, add water and cook until almost soft. Add the cooked rice, onions, garlic, eggs and some flour to the ground beef, then season with salt, pepper and seasoning. We thoroughly work it together and form dumplings from it.
Fry the flour in a little oil, then add the paprika powder and mix well. Add tomato juice or condensed tomatoes and mix. Add 3-5 dl of water and mix well. Add dumplings, celery sticks, salt and pepper. Cook under the lid for 30 minutes. Once the dumplings are cooked, take them out and add enough sugar to the sauce to make them sweet enough. Then put the dumplings back and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Serve with boiled potatoes.

Hallo Wolf! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für das Lob. Dieses Gericht ist sehr lecker und es lohnt sich, es zuzubereiten. Sie können das Fleisch in Paprika füllen und es wie einen Knödel machen, genau wie ich es gemacht habe, weil ich es so liebe.
