If anyone is still curious. The case was Arizona v. George Kelly. The 8 person jury deliberated with 7 voting for acquittal and 1 hold out for guilty, ending in a hung jury. The judge declared a mistrial and the prosecutor said they do not intend on retrying the case. Kelly shot and killed a migrant (among several) crossing his property near Nogales, AZ, claiming self defense.

The pretrial was so insane, the judge had the opportunity then to do the right thing and he didn't. The prosecution has had time to somewhat clean that up and probably helped the "witnesses" get their stories right. There is a high possibility that the men that claim they were there, weren't even there! That's the point the defense is trying to make and the judge conveniently used this moment to give his time limit speech. 🤨 This is no coincidence!

I absolutely agree because judges are “ELECTED officials!!” Unfortunately, the main stream media/MSM, including all “local media outlets” are all owned by 6 major globalist corporations who no longer provide real “investigate reporting” for “We The People” in order to ensure our government and elected officials are honest and working on our behalf!! Instead, the MSM is BIASED and controlled by the 6 parent companies that own them, and the “news” they are allowed to disseminate to the public is heavily censored and controlled. Everyone eventually learned this during the last “health plandemic” as the MSM “pushed the narrative” dictated by the World Health Organization/WHO globalists and they withheld and even censored critical info about effective treatments that were saving lives, and they withheld and censored serious side effects with the jab!! The MSM has been weaponized against us to push out the SAME “globalist political agenda” these major corporate conglomerates support!! It’s SERIOUS guys, the WHO is in the process right NOW of FINALIZING a GLOBAL “International Pandemic TREATY” for the NEXT plandemic and our current administration SUPPORTS this treaty, and IF we sign on to it, the WHO (a foreign GLOBALIST organization) will dictate everything we in America do, including mandatory lockdowns again & masking, what medicines we can use, mandatory jabs, censorship again of what THEY deem as “misinformation,” etc., and Americans will LOSE their constitutional FREEDOMS and RIGHTS in making our OWN health decisions!! Not only that, but this “treaty” will allow the WHO to even dictate and control the “shipments” of critical supplies, goods and services during the next plandemic!!

So the idea that it's a political attack by the president to eliminate his opposing candidate is just not true. It's what Trump wants people to believe though. And I suppose it is working. And even if it was true, if Trump was Innocent it wouldn't matter. They aren't fabricating charges out of thin air. These are things Trump allegedly actually did. It's called complete immunity. Basically judges can do whatever they want and there's nothing you can do about it. Luckily it was a hung jury, 7 voted not guilty one held onto guilty, hung jury so mistrial, prosecution said they're not going to retry him. Soo there's nothing the guy or lawyer can do because it was a mistrial anyway. That's your government at work bud, judges can do whatever they want and nothing you can do about it, and to think people think qualified immunity is bad for cops to have... judges can sentence you to death out of rage and you could be clearly innocent and the judge? Not a damn thing will happen to them. The only way to do anything is to get higher court system to find him guilty of civil rights violations but that'd require judges to rule against judges and they don't do that cuz like doctors in malpractice lawsuits they're all in a big circle jerk together and you ain't apart of their circle

@@systematic101 lol it does apply, no one cares though. Judges have complete immunity. It means no matter what they can't be tries for their "mistakes"... thats why voting is soo important dude. And not just voting for your team, you need to know what individuals stand for not their color. Look at that ysl Rico case in Georgia... that judge has done some hard core illegal stuff the case will be thrown out, and hopefully the higher court systems will get him removed because the stuff he's doing is beyond illegal. Fani Willis is a joke of a da she needs to be voted out as well but since she's blue in a blue area they'll keep her in. The only change you'll get is by voting for the people who hold your same values. 10 minutes of research should give ya all the info you need about a person before you check a box next to their name. Judges sheriff's congress senate ect, they'll all lie to get votes but it's easy to see what they're about. Luckily the Supreme Court is full of trump appointed judges because they're the only ones that are reversing unconstitutional laws, they're also the only ones reversing garbage laws that 100% need to be kicked down to the states not the federal gov. The US gov is set up very well surprisingly, those dudes set up something really special and they knew all the issues that would arise or could arise, they were beyond crazy intelligent in setting up our gov. However since we have democratically elected state officials in a republic that means you're voting for people to make and uphold laws for you. That is why voting for the right people is so important, you're electing others to pass/uphold laws that you and everyone else abide by. Know who you're voting for and make sure they're the right person for what you want out of the country, that's all you can do.

Context: At the start of the day he made mention on the record that a juror was having an issue with their employer, at a break before this he mentioned he had called the employer, and the duration of the trial was discussed. Other context: One of the first witnesses the prosecution called was the defendants wife, they spent 6 hours questioning her, attempting to impeach her, and cross their own witness(without seeking hostile status) before turning her over to the defense cross. Thus far all the prosecution witnesses have gone from experts, to "I don't know what that means" for the most simple of questions on cross. Also, they only run trial 4 days a week.

Prosecutors said Monday they will not retry an Arizona rancher whose trial in the fatal shooting of a Mexican man on his property ended last week with a deadlocked jury. The jurors in the trial of George Alan Kelly were unable to reach a unanimous decision on a verdict after more than two days of deliberation. Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge Thomas Fink declared a mistrial on April 22. After the mistrial, the Santa Cruz County Attorney's Office had the option to retry Kelly - or to drop the case. "Because of the unique circumstances and challenges surrounding this case, the Santa Cruz County Attorney's Office has decided not to seek a retrial," Deputy County Attorney Kimberly Hunley told Fink Monday.

The only two trials I've seen with Judge Darrow were Darryl Brooks, and that Jessie woman who poisoned her "friend" with eye drops. She was great in the eye drop murder trial, but she had absolutely zero control over her courtroom during the Darryl Brooks trial. He pretty much did and said whatever he wanted to, he spoke to witnesses anyway he wanted, asked questions he wasn't allowed to ask witnesses, cussed and yelled at the prosecutor *and* even her! He had no respect for the judge, for the court, the witnesses, victims and their families. He banged on the table, he said things in front of the jury that the judge had already warned him not to do, etc. I don't think that particular trial showed an example of a confident judge who's in control of their courtroom.
