Was hoping you'd shoot a video about Japanese car culture rather than just supercar culture. But its way too short. Here is the root of a lot of other car cultures around Asia and the US West Coast and I think it deserved more attention. And ahem... perhaps see you run with the boys. @@crespo72285 yes I've followed Sam's channel for a couple of years so its obvious. But rightly or wrongly I was under the impression that Drive The World was about covering car culture worldwide. Given the importance of Japan's street car culture I'd imagine there would be more coverage of it. But I guess the emphasis is still supercars. Though you could argue he owned an Abarth and used to extensively cover that so....

4:35 I love this 180SX! If you didn't know this is basically how all drift and touge cars used to look in the 90's in Japan, or at least aspired to look. Vibrant colours, no crazy liveries, big ducktail wings (usually a B-Wave wing), and nice small wheels, in my opinion a lot better looking than modified cars nowadays!

Oh and most Japanese meets don’t even get started until gone 22:00, daikokufuto, any PA off the wangan, even parked on streets in Akihabara, every night you will see something interesting. You managed to miss most of it, Next visit try to hook up with someone like sammit or noriyaro and get a tour of some of the meets, Also a few days is simply not enough time to cover a fraction of the Japanese car scene I have done over 3 weeks of solid trawling and not even scratched the surface with years of planning and networking

Hamza A man that’s a touch call, it depends what you want to see, if it’s car stuff that can be hit and miss, meets aren’t every night and can move very quickly, but daikokufuto PA or Akihabara crossroads /multi-storey car park always have stuff in. If it’s more just general things to do in japan, 3 days is not a lot but I would recommend doing a lot of research and planning, making sure you understand where everything is and how you will get there, taxis are expensive so easier to get a pasmo card and use the subway everywhere, Regions like ikebukuro , Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, harajuku and diver city are all well worth a visit with each having there own attractions, I have spent over 7 weeks of Holidays in Tokyo and not even seen everything yet, it truly is massive. Follow youtubers like abroad in japan, noriyaro, sammit, and Tokyo creative play as they will always have new things to see and advice

I believe this the Wangan line gathering car park. Have some dig you will find another gather spot for C3 line and another quite hidden pre race gather spot as well. They are not appropriate for video content but you must visit those!
