Tajiks look very diverse. There are girls who look super white like her as well. It's the way she dresses that differentiates her from others and also that she is recording which is not not that common. There is no need to assume that we aren't used to Slavic looking girls. On top of that, there are still some Russians and Ukrainians who live there or are mixed with local populations back in Soviet Union.

I’m from Tajikistan but they still do stupid things. Especially the gardeners. In order to get into a taxi you have to step on the grass or flowers that are in between the sidewalk and the driveway. This is really really stupid and the waste of money. People are not cultured enough to stop the taxi in the appropriate place. The city is too crowded. People park their cars randomly. They don’t know what the parallel parking is like in the European countries. The streets are not really clean. People throw trash like plastic bottles and paper on the floor even though the trash can is right next to them and they think it’s ok. Also they spit a lot of nasway on the corners and next to the buildings. The taxi drivers are very greedy people. They overcharged you. Even the woman in the front seat was surprised and asked the taxi driver to be mindful. But he tried to justify himself by telling her that’s how much the taxi is.
