Critics will shit on anything thats not a triple a cash grab multiplayer only micro transaction simulator. But there is good in every bad situation, every one who played days gone genuinely loves the game.

I am currently on my sixth playthrough since I purchased this game on day 1. One of the greatest games ever made. The only addition to the gameplay that would have been nice is a hunger and thirst mechanic like RDR2.

I live in Alaska, where people always say things are "so beautiful" but after playing Days Gone multiple times I think Oregon might be more beautiful. I'm trying to convince my wife to move there. The brutal winters wear on you in Alaska and we both need a place where it's a little more warm.

Oregon is a beautiful place, unless you count Portland which is the laughing stock of America and a literal war zone of anarchists and Antifa plagued by legalized crime. Leftist and "progressive" policies have completely destroyed it, many businesses have left or have closed due to the draconian lockdown rules combined with Antifa and leftist political violence occurring on a daily basis. Bend is about 3 hours away in Central Oregon to the south east. In the last 2-3 years, it too has been inundated by people from California and Portland making a mass exodus there to leave the places they have themselves destroyed. Instead, they have brought their leftist political ideologies and elitist attitudes with them, voting in laws and rules legalizing crime, homelessness, drug use and more. It's very sad to see those same problems plaguing big cities like San Francisco, Portland and Seattle become the norm in Bend.

In case anyone didnt know, the city in Days Gone is called Farewell. "Farewell Bend" was the original name of the real life city, before it was shortened to Bend

Hi i'm in the UK and a big fan of the game too. Oregon looks a fantastic place to be, i took a flight in Microsoft Flight simulator yesterday to check out crater lake and the mountains and was amazed at how pretty accurate it all seems. Good video ;-)

Loved the game and the big part was the location. Never been to the USA but this game made me want to visit. Being able to ride through them with the motorcycle made it an unforgettable experience for me

I’m in mi and after playing this game I took off on a plane ride from grand rapids to salt lake to check out the flats I left for 2 weeks and rented a motorcycle and took off from there and went from salt flats to check out the spots in the game best damn choice I’ve ever made rodé al the way back to mi on a motorcycle. I've spent most of my life in Oregon. Crater Lake is such a vibrant deep blue, it's a real life color other places need a filter to replicate. A long time ago there was a rumor blue food dye was added to the water because some people didn't think the color could be real. If you ever get a chance to visit, I promise it's beautiful. I met a woman who came from Ireland to see Crater Lake and the redwoods in Northern California. She wasn't disappointed.

The best game I've ever played. I know what I'm talking about because I've played dozens of games since I bought my first computer (C64) in 1986. I thought that after Batman Arkham and City nothing would captivate me as much, but it did. I think that the lack of a sequel is a huge disappointment for a lot of people around the world.

I lived in the Cascade foothills 7th grade through 10th. Our 8th grade field trip was a week long pass through the places in this game. Except we did make it to the coast. It feels surreal to see the texture of a big chunk of my youth in a game, as opposed to NYC or LA simulations. Played the ps4 version 5 or 6 times through, just started the PC version this week. As I live in central California now, I wonder if there is a Newsome-as-Skizzo mod for that Sacramento frat boy feel 😏

I really loved the setting of the game, the mechanics of it really fun to play. The only thing I didnt like was the ending battle. You would think blowing up the front gate of wizard island using a truck bomb would attract the a lot of freaker hordes . That battle couldve been better that way. Still a fun game tho
