No man!!! Ditto is actually the pokemon form of amoeba. If you observe the movements of ditto, you notice the similarity with the amoebatic movement. Its shape is similar to an amoeba, its colour is like that of a stained sample of amoeba and while it transforms, the movement of the body parts are similar to the locomotion and phagocytotic movement of an amoeba. HERE YOU GO! I found more resemblance of ditto in amoeba than you did in blobfish. The rest are OK!

IKR, plus Ditto isn't based on a blob fish, plus blob fish don't even look like that underwater. Since it's a deep sea fish and they tend to explode on the surface. Another Pokémon I have a problem with is Stunfisk, which is clearly based on a flatfish and it was changed to Ground/Electric last min for more type variety. Oh and the guy mentions Shellos and Dialga, but not Goomy, despite the fact that Goomy is based off of the same slugs!

Porygon and it’s evolutions are the only Pokémon that actually exist as itself in real life. It may or may not be based off of something, but the Pokédex entry is what made it real. They are Pokémon that are made entirely of coding. However, that’s entirely what they are in real life. It’s the only Pokémon that exists as itself in real life, and the only Pokémon that is also technically a Digimon.
