Oh I love love love mine I have 2 dogs and this as helped me it hoovers and washes and drys my floors in seconds honestly with no effort even with a stubborn stain go over it 2-3 times and it's gone I honestly had a shock how good mine is ❤ it made me so much happier

I just bought one. I should have watched this video twice before making the purchase. I thought there was a vacuum only mode. Watching it the second time, I noticed you said it leaves the carpet wet. The Bissell Crosswave has a vacuum only mode. I am disappointed Shark doesn’t. I’m also disappointed that there was no professional help available in Best Buy to help with my division.

how is it with edge cleaning compared to Tineco S5 Steam? Does it leave watermarks on floor after it has dried? How long is the battery life during one cleaning session?

Just bought ours this thing relases water and vaccums at the same time only am i right? There isnt a mode to just vacuum?

I suggest using darker liquid as mess.. With the milk I can't really tell how mess up is the brush after self cleaning.. 😂

Thank you so much for your video. We are looking for a vacuum for our kitchen that has COREtec premium plank vinyl. Kind of looks like a wood floor as the pieces came in sections and lock and together. We are mainly needing a vacuum to pick up dirt and crumbs etc from the floor and very rarely anything wet. So just wondering if you have a suggestion?

Hi.it can remove dried soda but not as easily as wet dry with steam. If the soda is caked on, you have to wait until the water softens the soda

Hi! Don't use anything that suds or bubbles so I recommend stinking with bissell or other large non foaming floor dryer.

I just got mine tonight so I've only used the multisurface solution it came with, but it has a fill line for disinfectant as well if you'd rather use that instead 😄

Hi! For pee, it's great but you have to wash your roller manually. For poop, you should pick up first and wipe with towels first. The self clean is ok on the shark but it will not be poop level.

This thing barely has any sucking power. It keeps spraying water while vacuuming no matter what mode I set it to. My old Shark works way better.
