I always just KZbin whats on her headline. There are tons of Korean cooks on KZbin that show you how to cook the recipes and the ingredients. Once you learn the basics of Korean spices and sauces it's super easy to tell what she's using when she cooks.

Hi Hamzy! I love your channel. It reminds me of all the dishes I would eat at my best friends house when I was a teenager. My best friend is Korean and her mom is still the BEST cook that I know. The rice dish looks like something I could make easily! Though unfortunately I'm not a fan of ketchup. Could I just add the red pepper paste? Or do you (or anyone else) have any suggestions?
