on the mental heatlh issue, i would like to add my personal opinion. being spiritually enlightened means youre less vulnerable to certain mental heatlh problem, just as eating healthy and doing regular exercise means you have some sort of immunity to certain physical diseases. its not 100% fool proof, but you do have some sort of immunity. like imagine meditating and doing breathwork everyday, that is basically what they teach for Generalized anxiety disorder before starting on meds
