What contacts the floor? I have hardwood and wondering if I should place an area rug underneath. My Favor06 is arriving today.

@@prestonparr2017 hell yeah. There’s at least 6 rubber feet I can see, 3 on each side, and then there’s small wheels in the front and back. You can press down on the back and wheel it, or we’ve just literally slid it across the floor. This review was at our old apartment, we’ve got some kind of plank flooring in the basement now. Hasn’t scuffed or anything

@@dnoe9666 it’s on while in use, but I don’t think there’s a way to turn it off. I believe they do have other types of chairs that don’t have the light strip at all 👍

Sorry to hear! I believe mine came with a one year manufacturer's warranty. I imagine that would be covered in case you're still within the warranty period.

Do your music work with the chair. because I can't for the life of me. get the music to work.

I did get the bluetooth working but was only slightly disappointed to learn that plugging the phone in doesn't actually work for the audio, it just charges the phone.
