Hello how long should you wait before applying the activator. LG

Hallo, aufgrund deines Namens und dem LG gehe ich mal davon aus, dass du deutsch sprichst, daher verzichte ich mal aufs englische und wechsle in meine Muttersprache ;) (if my assumptions are wrong and you don’t speak german, please let me know).

Hi, did your bottles also contain a thick paste?
@GeneralPelleScaleModels2 жыл бұрын
It’s a rather thick paste, yes. And it gets harder when it’s exposed to air (even in the bottle after some months) until it’s unusable anymore. If yours arrived as a thick blob you can’t get on a brush, you maybe can get a refund (maybe somebody opened it before).

@@GeneralPelleScaleModels it was closed but its a thick blob yes. I stirred the hell out of it and will try it today. I send some photos to Ammo for an opinion. But thanks for your quick response! I hoped it lasts longer after opening, maybe some water to "refresh" it?

@@GeneralPelleScaleModels And great stuff here on your channel. Oder sprichst du auch deutsch? :)

@@modellfrickler1883 Vielen lieben Dank.

Will the rust reactor work on other acrylic rust weathering paints or just the one in the video by Ammo?
@GeneralPelleScaleModels11 ай бұрын
Only with the onces shown in this video, it won’t work with other products.

You get better results by using the reactor after applying the color product

Beautiful and illustrative review, but they didn't really get along with this product (not at all with a demonstration of rusting of the fuselage, really? Do you know what aircraft were made of?). This whole thing seems to me like going to a mosquito with a shotgun. I will kill him, but with really undesirable consequences. I can imagine such effects of rust and patina on metals that have been exposed to extreme conditions, e.g. some neglected old chemical factories or old seaside ports. So the use is really very narrow in my opinion. I don't want to be an evil prophet, but this product, as it came out, will be forgotten. BTW if someone really leans over and finds the courage (just the price) to buy this product, first they will have to decide where to use it first and second, to learn !! to work with it to use it in a wider range.

Yes, that’s definitely some good points you’ve mentioned. To be honest the manual is basically crap. Someone really has to try it out by themself, but (as said in the video) not for that price point. Since I’m building a seaside port like you’ve said (or a post apocalyptic seaside port), so that stuff comes in handy. But I won’t buy another one of this set, the uses are indeed limited (a sunken ship comes into my mind, or abandoned cars… well I’m doing one currently with that set).
