I'd like to see the one with 1st and 5th doctor and what is the robot at 2:20 and 3:31?

Hi I know it's been a year since you posted this but better late than never, the robot at 2:20 is called "Drathro". It is from The Mysterious Planet during the 6th Doctor's era not a bad episode if you want to check it out. As for the one at 3:31 sorry I can't help you there it was a part of the Blue Peter's design a Doctor Who monster competition in the 60's I believe or it could of been in the 70's not sure.
