Ooft, such great gameplay and tactics! I pretty much cheered out loud when you killed that suicide vest rush inside the bottom building because we saw you think about committing to both rooms simultaneously (I know I would have) but your pause and patience literally saved your soldier's lives haha! I kinda hope they decide to add an option where the map doesn't end automatically once all enemies are KIA, because IRL you'd still have to clear that top building and wouldn't know if it was secure or not? You'd have to declare the map All-Clear and then it would tell you if it really was or not. I know they plan to add traps and IEDs to the game, so imagine clearing the map out when they're all dead, but still losing people to traps etc... It would have to be optional because it wouldn't work for people who want to get best time scores etc!

Something to note that you may not have noticed yet - the newest update added different armors for your men and more 9mm rounds for both the MP5s and all of the 9mm pistols. On of them ups the 9mm stopping power quite a bit, which might be rather useful for you given your tendency to have marksmen move in close with sidearms out.

Question: I used cameras to peek under the NE solid metal doors and had eyes on the defensive position far NW and almost complete reveal of the 4-8 hostiles in the SE open area. I feel guilty that after setting up doorshots NE, I stood my guys off and flooded the entire SE area with simultaneous frags, all before beginning to pie around any of the cover. Would this ever be even close to kosher in a RL scenario?
@ControlledPairsGaming4 жыл бұрын
I doubt in an environment like this anyone would be using little spy cams... Drones maybe. Either way, find the bad guys. Kill the bad guys. If you're doing that, it's kosher 🤙

With this series so far it often seems like "security" is as fundamental as the other three things. It gets mentioned just as much.
@ControlledPairsGaming4 жыл бұрын
The military has a weird way of giving you these lists of tasks and principles to follow to be successful as you plan missions. in this series I've talked a lot about the fundamentals of CQB as speed surprise violence of action. but there are also principles of patrolling and one of them is security as you alluded to. The others are planning, reconnaissance, control, and common sense. This could be it's own video one day.
@val268744 жыл бұрын
@@ControlledPairsGaming Kamil Pasha Market (in the "Indian Country" campaign) could be good for that if it's edited a bit, so the bad guys are hidden in one or two of the buildings instead of bunched up in the market. Well I think it's better to secure the door way because if the enemy enter their building, some one is pulling security. The window provide a smaller engagement time. If the enemy rushes pass the window, those two would be super vulnerable. The door give them more time to engage the target before it becomes a threat.
