She has the glow and scars that are only on true followers of Christ. It is beautiful to see. So rare in the world today.

Heaven this week for me was when a burly angel in a woolly hat and black mask asked if he could pay for my shopping when I had lost my bank card at the check out. I was so grateful for his help... and also to the Lord for putting him in my path.

I love, love, love the President Nelson wanted to correct the name of our church...I have felt this way for a very long time. We ARE the Church of Jesus Christ....and we should be proud to take upon us His name.

I loved the discussion about “ites”. When I think about this and the issue that is present for us as members to be more loving and accepting of ALL who desire to attend or come to our meetings, no matter their race or sexual orientation as we do so - accepting others openly - we become more Christlike. I find that this is one of the greatest challenges that we as members of the church who desire to follow Christ face in today’s world. I know I can and desire to do better at following the council of our prophet and the brethren in this regard.

Amen to the truth of what Ganel-Lyn's name means - it is so her!! She saved my life one night and she doesn't even know it. :) Scott, my ancestry is from Scotland - the McGregor Clan and we are dang proud of that!! Go Scotland! (And I have a brother named Scott - he's with and is an angel now.) Heaven for me is in the shining eyes and sweet smiles of my grandchildren!

Gaynl, My name is Gaylen. I lived your same road of challenges with your name and transited to my middle name in High School. Now that I’m older I appreciate my name so much more.

What a great presentation, short and to the point. Each week as I get more insight into both of you I am moved by the time and effort you put into these presentations. I thank you for sharing your testimonies as it strengthens mine.

The beginning topic is the YW lesson this week that I’m teaching. Thank you so much for these insights. They’re perfect for these cute teenage girls.

I appreciate you two. I listened to this while getting ready yesterday and your message about "ites" struck me, so I'm watching again to grasp it better. Thank you for your time and preparation it must take to do these. Some LDS podcasts I've dropped because there are so many, but Real Talk is one I've kept because I connect to you!

In reviewing President Nelson’s promise if we re-emphasize the full name of the church, in less than two years we have seen those promises bear fruit. Where has he announced new temple locations? In April he announced at least two that I bet nobody saw coming this soon. Isn’t it cool that we live in a time where we can see the fulfillment of prophetic promises! They come to pass in our lifetimes, where people in the scriptures had to trust that future generations would see the benefits of their efforts, because they were promises made to those future generations. What a blessing to live in the latter days!

President Monson Dare to Stand Alone talk contained a story about riding a bus and being called upon on the spot to declare what "Mormons" believe. With my Visiting Teachees we discussed what would you say if you had a similar opportunity? I realized I would be scrambling and ummming all over the place... do I bring up The First Vision? Priesthood authority? Apostacy? Book of Mormon? So we challenged each other to write a "Twitter Testimony", condense your whole testimony to 280 characters- what is most important to you?
