4:00 Love the idea that we can broaden the definition of who is a developer to expand what PE and DevEx means and whom it applies to. There are value streams there that also have a multiplicative effect when applied to more traditionally Ops oriented roles.

11:19 - “collaborate on something that we can’t do yet” sounds like "let's have ops being the bottleneck” I think asking product engineer to learn terraform is just like ask them to learn config.json or some infrastructure.yaml The end of day, whatever interface platform create has: 1. worse documentation than Terraform 2. block developer to achieve flexibility 3. cost platform resources and just create more headcount
