u r wrong unghiyu is not surti dish, unghiyu is all over gujarat's dish. , but surti unghiyu is lil bit different from our unghiyu, basically undhiyu made in winter mostly bcz in winter all veges r available 😍

Anyone help me with this query ... Authentic Gujrati food contains onion Garlic OR Without onion garlic Because I have some Gujrati collogues who doesn't eat onion garlic But when I am going through some recipes , they use onion garlic . (Same dish ) 🤷🏾‍♀️

Want to correct you...Undhiyu is not only surati dish.. it's all over gujarat dish.. surati Undhiyu is sweeter side and kathiyawadi Undhiyu is spicy side that's the main difference..
