Can i control spline 3d objects animations to trigger on the movement or specific action performed by the 3d character..

Depending of your end goals, there are ways to trigger actions based on character behavior. One is to use game control actions to set up animations based on running, or jumping. But you can also use events like Distance or Trigger Area to trigger actions when a character reaches certain areas or conditions.
