great vid, but so much waste on the tops of the cake's. make some crumble with it, blend them with a shake, put it in cookies, or make a lower price cup with an assortment of the different chunks of cakes with a frosting topping of some sort. think different, you never know the reaction of the customers until you try.

We do yhe same at the bakery i work at, but we do use some for cakepops and decoration for red velvet.

Better yet, just bake them right the first time. Use the cake pan wraps before putting them in the oven. This will prevent cakes from forming the domes on top. Pffft! Do better "Cake Legend" when it comes to this.

For plain top tap cake pan and stear the batter with any stick or toothpick just before baking 👍
