I tried studying with this type of video on for the first time today, and it honestly helped me so much more than I'd expected! Having this in the background made me remember to concentrate when I felt my focus drifting, and I didn't let myself take breaks until the hour was over. During this hour I got so much work done on an ethics assignment, so thank you so much! I hope you do more of them :)

This past semester I've been struggling with finding motivation to study and I had also forgotten about your channel.
