Hello,I have a problem.Now that I have ultrasound images and their corresponding position information, the position information is magnetic positioning, how to use 3dSlicer to combine the two for a 3D reconstruction? Thanks!

This is what the Volume Reconstructor module does. Please post your question on the Slicer forum - discourse.slicer.org - as this topic is more complex than something that can be discussed in KZbin comments.

Is this a pre-trained model? I could not access the example data to reproduce on my computer.

You can see the red overlay (e.g., from 4:40), that's the segmentation that the AI creates.
