The patented SAMM 2.0 is the next generation automatic flexo plate mounting machine. The real-time video illustrates how the SAMM 2.0 mounts 3 flexo plates within 4 minutes, including a sleeve change. While the machine is mounting, the operator demounts the plates from 4 sleeves with the Demounter.
When the mounting process is over, the machine checks the tolerance of the marks and automatically generates a PDF Quality Report, ensuring full confidence before sending to press.
