My favorite from Creed - nice to know DUA's is a solid alternative. Lomani Intense Black is an even less expensive version, although it doesn't smell as close.

My favorite Creed. People complain about lack of oud but like you said it's very well blended although admittedly it is not strong in this fragrance but I can faintly detect a slight medicinal vibe on my bottle.

I have both of these, and the biggest difference to me is the annoying "burnt match" smell of the fixative/performance enhancer in the Dua clone. But otherwise it's a good clone. Royal Oud is my second favorite Creed and is one of the best fragrances ever, in my opinion. It IS regal. Royal. Fit for a king's coronation. The appropriate music for this would be Crown Imperial March. Its appropriate for date night only if the date is with a member if a Royal family at a formal event. FORMAL only. The best formal event fragrance in history. It literally smells GOLDEN. To put it in perspective, the KZbin fragrance reviewer ClemenceCC literally cried when she first smelled Creed Royal Oud.

A lot of people say there's no oud in RO, but if you sniff straight Indian oud then you will definitely be able to recognize it in RO.

Only have like 12 or 13 MLS of my creed royal oud. Bought this to hold me over until I am ready to buy another bottle. Pepper is my favorite olive part of the scent. A bit bummed by your review

I got the Monarch Parfums version of Creed Royal Oud. I hear that Monarch and Dua are the same company, or sister companies or something. Do you think that they are the same. Their version of royal oud is great.

I have the original and the perfume parlour edition. The main difference is that the OG is something ''alive'' whereas the dupe is a ''dead'' smell consisting of 2-3 raw materials. It reminds the original the way a low red japanese car reminds a ferarri.

This is a horrible overpriced clone company. I just wasted 160$ on crap... ugh. Trust me when I say this is not it, get the OG. Always sample before you buy... oh well

@@sethxtekken It's certainly not this colognes selling point BUT the smell (the lasts maybe 1 hour to 2 hours reasonably will knock your socks and everybody else's socks off around you. I'd put it under the classification of "mind blowing".
