Only a few limited models have an app support. Depends which AirPods version you have. You can still use ANC by holding the stem for a few seconds. This will switch in between the modes

Do you have a video for the first gen or do you recommend a video? Also mine is showing warranty, does that automatically mean it’s real? I thought mine were fake because of hard plastic and slow coming out of the box (but I could’ve just messed up opening it) then I saw warranty and verified it on the Apple website and it confused me.

which 24$ one? Danny v5.2 H2S Ultra, Danny v5.2 TB and Danny v5.3 TB all have Spatial Audio with head tracking. Only that the v5.3 TB does not have the pop up animation. Find My doesn't really work on clones

I would say the v5.2 TB. Better ANC than v4.2 and battery life. Just note that it might not work well on Mac (if you plan on using with a MacBook)

No. No one has made a list of the differences between these two. The main differences would be the chipset. V5.2 TB has a bit stronger ANC and Transparency mode. The hinge is not matte painted, but still is metal. It also doesn’t have adaptive audio or conversation awareness. Battery should last a bit longer per charge. A bit more bass in the audio as well

Just bought 45$ ones off Facebook- honestly I can’t even tell if they’re fake or not. I looked up the serial number and it’s a real one- the packaging was great except for the plastic rip pieces not coming off well, and the fact that the cardboard packaging was hard plastic instead. Also I don’t think these have the same features as the original ones when it comes to find my, and I don’t think the Spatial Audio or noise cancelling actually do anything lol. But to be honest, they’re still really good for how cheap they are. Honestly I’m trying to decide if I should just keep them because they aren’t half bad or if I should even go thru the trouble of complaining and sending them back and demanding for real AirPods?
