The logo on the sleeve is not a MUST for all models. If the labels tags, stitching and other logos comply, most probably it's genuine

Nor necessarily (It depends more on the model and the production factory). You might witness garments with "not so good" back side stitching lines but which are still genuine.

The C on the sleeve depends on the model actually. Some genuine models do not have the C on the sleeve.
