A good burger should not be about all this stupidity. Even the idea of using Kobe beef on a burger is stupid. When it's ground up, it makes little difference. Use chuck...80/20...chopped (not ground)...little bit of salt & pepper. High heat, sear it, leave the inside a bit pink. That's about all you need.
