I believe the discussion could benefit from including an emerging project like Unlockd. As they prepare for launch, Unlockd's approach to seamlessly integrating Real World Assets with blockchain tech seems particularly promising. Their AI-driven lending and risk assessment strategies, combined with their innovative NFT lending model, are poised to make a significant impact in the DeFi space. DLA Piper has built Toko, Archax and ABRDN has tokenized a 16 billion £ Fund....all on Hedera. It will not happen on Ethereum. To slow and to expensive....maybe L2 but adds complexity.
