Does it slow down, pull over, and stop, if the driver is unresponsive? Some VWs do that, and given that Audi is a VW brand, it would be a bit strange if Audi didn't have the same functionality.

Q3 cannot adjust ACC speed / speed limiter speed automatically based on traffic signs and/or map data, right?

Hi, good video and explaining the system. But for safety I would clean the side windows from ice and snow to see through and in the side mirrors. Before each start. THX

Brush off the snow on the sides and rear before your show of test drive, this car don't have auto brush!!
