Hey predator,,, husky p in the hizouse. This classic mode is awesome. I am using kinsune harpy, cruel angler, cryptic fenrir, phantom, megalodon orachee, and I changed my luchador for the rook. I think I will switch to the indra because its phase shift is more valuable with the Titan repair amp nerf. So is the Rooks shield replacement. I have to run 30 battles to test the results. I am ripping it up in these new game modes. But they should limit the number of meta robots you can use during these battles.

What is classic about it if all you need is Currie Stupiduer or Green hooper tesla,and you still have your modules repair amp nuke amp bla bla .If it's classic pre set hangers with robots from 2018 down to 2015

I love this game mode. Pixonic did good. Time to bring out my RARE builds. My Golem, Boa, Raijin, and Shutze. They have collected dust long enough. (Cracking nuckles)It's SHOWTIME!!!!!!!!😮

This was such a missed opportunity. First of all modules are still active which is absolutely not classic and one of the most game changing aspects. Additionally any robot and weapon is allowed, whats classic about a subduer curie fighting a leo. And lastly there's no matchmaking restrictions meaning when i load in its just a bunch of silver and diamond players and the game ends 30 kills to 3 and i come out with 25 kills.

First of all the lack of restriction on newer robots/weapons. The use of modules is secondary, because at least those did exist way back then, and they were key to countering Spectres and Ares trains.

@@thenthtinkerer7635 when I think of classic wr I'm thinking of pre dash bots. The dash bots were the beginning of the end as they were notably stronger than every other robot and introduced the component system making them much harder to obtain.

Why is it so much better without Titans? I don't think it's the Titans. Right now it's no Titan OP weapons. No flamethrowers from hell, no bendy bullets on steroids, no "death no save" in two seconds. That goes away without Titans ***for now*** You can get the same effect with OP weapons on regular robots, or OP robots like Ocho was before the nerf. What feels good here is that it is finally balanced the way it should be. The trouble is that it's not permanent because anything can be used in this game mode, so future unbalanced weapons can come in and cause problems. My solution would be to limit game play to whatever you can build in the Workshop. No Titans. That's the best solution for keeping it fun and fair. They had a 7v7 mode yesterday where it was essentially this with Titans and it was all of the same problems for all of the same reasons. I like playing my Titan, but like everything else it needs to be balanced properly, and right now they aren't Now the compensation problem is another thing entirely. With the low silver payout and no gold or keys there's no incentive to play this game mode long term. I can play one round in Beacon Rush and make ten times more than I do in a round of Classic. I don't understand why the payouts can't be similar, what do they have to lose?

Meh, if they would make set hangars it would make sense. Killing shenlou or pathfinder without drones and pilot skills is somewhat tedious

The Classic mode came up twice this past week. It’s fun but due to super low payout, not many quality players were on it. It was basically like clubbing baby seals. One match, there was actually a full blown PC hacker just wrecking the game, at our home spawn before the match started and using Inquisitor I believe (the one with Hell Dive) to just sit there jumping constantly erasing any bots that spawned in. What level of 🤡 do you have to be to hack in that mode?!

Old skool players like us have a slight advantage in classic mode because we played through all of those metas so we know what works well and what doesn't without the assistance of pilots, drones and motherships etc. Sonic weapons for example are extremely deadly. Cryptic Redeemers too. Anything with a high damage output. They definitely need to improve the rewards if they want players to use these game modes. Is it just me or is the Seraph ability doing a heck of a lot more damage lately?? Even in normal game modes. I'd get hit with Seraphs lightning ability and be like wtf?!!! I'm sure they've quietly buffed it you know. Lol.

I would have liked it to add another classic mode rule: have a hangar only until the first addition of robots and weapons (rhino, stalker and carnage + plasma weapon)

That's awesome man, it seems to be very fun and more competitive, I think there's no gold or keys cause maybe at the beginning there wasn't rewards and silver was that low, but to get fun and forget all the actual meta bullsh!y it works perfectly, I'm gonna try it and proof my skills 👍🏻

You should try doc T (medium version of) punishers ( starter weapons) in your non p2W account cuz of the ability doc can switch the weapons to a full loaded as soon as the ammo is out of the T punishers ( medium version)

Would be great if they added the Kid Titan ONLY with default weapons only - and you are only allowed to use robots from the past. Similar like that Retro Tournament you were playing.

Classic mode is awesome. I hope it becomes a main stay. They need to tweak the matchmaking though, lots of low level players and really lower leagues for cannon fodder. Also, right now classic mode lets you use active modules for free (for now I suppose).

The fact that there’s no gold at the end of the rainbow is pretty sad. At least they can give power cells since we get charged for that. It’s a miss opportunity for pixonic to broaden their game. Thanks for the new mode gameplay ❤

As fun as this mode is, its not a big enough wallet pry-bar that would allow them to safely access you moneys. I can see then making this a game mode for player paying the monthly VIP. when it becomes the only thing people play and cash flow gets hurt it going to mysteriously disappear.

the classic mode is just a dog shit because it made by pixonic. if you don't know the fact that that some weak old robots you kill in the vid are actually bronze, silver, gold or dimond league player ̣(you don't know it cuz u didn't checked their hanger). The matchmaking is suck! beside the classic mode isn't even an official mode, you didn't get any key or gold because of that. the gameplay mode is changing every single day and you must wait at least like a week for that to come back, I guess

Predator, bro you've been playing this game long enough to know Pixonic never gives out anything for free. Sure the gave the UE Destrier, but who can afford to upgrade it. These new modes are just a method to distract the community from the issues prevalent in this game.
