The Lambda 4S launch is a bit inaccurate, I have made another video for it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZaUhn-vo9Jnjc0 3. Shavit rockets are launched into retrograde orbits to prevent debris from coming down in populated areas and also to avoid flying over nations hostile to Israel to the east, that's the reason that they launch in the opposite direction. 4. North Korea announced its first orbital launch successfully in 1998 but it was universally regarded as a failure. For North Korea's 2012 launch, the United Nations condemned the launch as a violation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1874 by conducting a launch using ballistic missile technology.

Sorry... but once you have ICBMs, you'll definitely wants your missiles to go to the orbit. I realize it after years I follow various countries' space programs. Only few of these weren't use the military missile technology.
