Comparison should be meaningful... Is the growth & development of cities you are trying to compare are similar to Financial District, Jubilee Hills?? Are the kind of companies, number of companies comparable?? On what factors are you comparing the price?? Just knowing the cost & area names doesn't make one intelligent... These areas are not alien areas & everyone are well aware of the names & prices!!! I can mane more precise colonies which are quoting higher than Financial District... After reading my whole earlier comment you guys coming with such questions is weird!!! Another important thing is, there is no question that other areas/ states should not grow, but comparison should be ideal. The kind of history Hyderabad has is versatile where it's beyond caste, culture, religion & most important as i stated earlier, the prices didn't come to this extent overnight, but only correction of prices happened little faster.... Mind you, its tough to be beyond Hyd because you need to understand that such kind of environment can't be manufactured, it just emerges!! AP which started with a target now if can have such prices, Just imagine what should Hyderabad be at? If AP wants to grow to this extent then will it's prices be at same growth rate like Hyderabad??? If the psqyd land rate of AP currently is at starting att this cost with comparison to Hyderabad then after 4 to 5 decades, the prices of AP if it'll reach to 1.5 lakh Psqyd you guys will happy & contained??? At that point you'd want to treat it in different way!!

You missing the point here, this is the core of AP real estate, which means this piece of land is not available anywhere in the whole of state so the prices. What do I mean by this piece of land is not available? A capital with water flow next to it, think about Tokyo, New York, Shanghai etc. A planned city being built after 50-60 years, please imagine what it will be with latest technologies etc. Hyderabad has 100 different advantages but it also comes with a baggage of bad internal roads, no proper drinage etc. Again, I like to iterate investors who are putting in 5-10 cr in each plot of land are not dumb. They know what it will be worth. Can you and I buy a piece of land in Mumbai ? No. Investors see that it might be expensive now, but it is worth for the future generations.
Lingapuram near ORR ,they are quoting 11000 per sq yard for CRDA approved plot ,is this a fair amount or too high ?
