Total 2000 acres in five different places should happen. Govt can also pool money. 1000 squards ఉన్న farmers కి, Small farmers కి 200 squaryard money ఇవ్వాలి 800 squareyard register చేయాలి. Govt ఒక 6 months మాత్రమే అమరావతి Devlopment cost tax every service మీద వేయాలి. ఇలా వచ్చిన amount, MOdi ఇచ్చే amount తో basic structure చేయిస్తే తరువాత self finance city అవుతాది. I am from Telangana. Amaravati needs a large land bank similar to Shamshabad airport kept aside for future airport near Mangalagiri which can serve the state capital territory of Amaravati, Vijayawada and Guntur. Current Vijayawada airport is far away from both Amaravati and Guntur. In future it’s difficult to find a huge land bank when development happens

Please see present situation of Floods arrounds further development should not be one placed. Decentralization ie other two parts vizag area, Tirupati or Kurnool should be done.
