Quick question. EXP offers the Mentorship program on the first 3 transactions for New Agents. Do Real offer it too? I think that can be a deciding factor for New Agents. Having someone there in person to walk you through it in the beginning is a big deal in my opinion.

No mentorship program currently at REAL but we do have co-sponsorship. When ever I talk with a new agent, I always find a local agent in their market to co-sponsor the agent with me. This way the local co-sponsor can help with writing contracts, questions about MLS or other local matters and the co-sponsor will have a vested interest in the agents continued success and career, not just through the first three transactions.

The biggest difference for me is at EXP we create residual income because we don't have production requirements to maintain them. At REAL if you stop producing you forfeit your down line income. Imagine being in your retirement years and being forced to continue to sell properties!

Where the office partners to utilize offices for both reel and exp: example Regis office are one of exp ?

REAL does not provide something like that. Most of our agents either rent their own office spaces or work from a home office.

Christina, For a new agent it's all about your mentor. If you ever bring someone to one of these companies EXP is the superior choice. While you may watch this video and just see an exp rep that doesn’t seem to know much about his company… Some people actually REALLY vibe with that. A lot of agents don’t CARE what the big corporation/brokerage is doing. At all! You can see that all that matters is his own personal business. He is focused on what’s going on in his silo, which is clearly working for him. And some of the silos in EXP are incredible. But also, like he said… some people leave EXP because they get into the wrong one REAL is, in my opinion, a mix between what KW wants to be and what EXP wants to be. Super interesting video

I have never seen so many top agents leaving EXP do you know why? I heard from one top producer who just left with his huge team because EXP was telling him how to advertise and had to take down a lot of his marketing.

That's actually not true. As long as you are a producing agent for at least 3 years, you can step out of production and continue to receive revenue share indefinitely. Personally, I like that we are a company of producing agents!

​@next-genagents7731 eXp is continually a top 10 brokerage in volume, and for several years straight is the #1 brokerage for number of sides. I realize you didn't say this explicitly in this comment, but this narrative that eXp is somehow not a brokerage of producing agents, which paints REAL in some superior/righteous light by contrast is convenient from a marketing perspective.. but otherwise, it's a little intellectually dishonest.
