Hey Matt, engineering student from Greenland here. Last year I was learning about road construction, and we had to study the case of the new international Airport being build in the capital, Nuuk. We were doing the LA test from the local quarry, to see the score of the gravel, if it was high enough quality (low LA score) for runways, as runways has to use gravel scoring 15 or below in the LA test. The results we got was around 30 - 35 ish. Our geology teacher then gave us the repports of how the elected officials just increased the needed queality for the runway from 15 to 40. Effectively making a runway that will be fine for half a year before needing critical repairs. I'm still dumbfounded by it, but hey, wont be their problem since the average workspan in the Greenlandic Government body is i 1 year. Trees popping up out of your runways just made me think of this, and I wanted to share it.

I don't know if it got fixed but there used to be a bug where electricity didn't reach all the way over the map. Just plop a wind turbine or something that produces power near an area without power and it should connect properly to your grid.

I didn't see an answer to the question you asked: "What is an airport metro?" posted here, so... I'll answer. An airport metro is a rail system designed to help passengers get around larger airports, giving them a train they can hop on with their luggage. That way, they can get between terminals easier, without having to carry around a hundred pounds of luggage trying to get to their flights. Typically, you set up a circular rail with a stop inbetween every two terminals. If you have an airport hotel(s), you also add a stop there. You don't typically see them going into the city proper, but... I mean, I guess there's technically nothing stopping you doing that. But you're going to have some very upset passengers if they have to ride several miles in the wrong direction in order to get to their next flight....
