Mini Motorways, but there's trains now!

I really wanted Mini Motorways to have more variety of vehicles, such has trucks with more cargo capacity or express vehicles which dont stop or something.

I think connectedness in general is mini motorways biggest flaw. Separating every color into separate systems means you aren't actually making​ a road network, you're just solving a flow color puzzle @@darknessblades

always wanted them to make traffic lights and roundabouts actually useful in the game, but the META always proved to separate colours and avoid crossings entirely

A good tip for anyone interested: as soon as a road joins a bigger network the cars will supply any demand, disregarding distances, so a single crossroad could end up in your cars travelling all the way across the map

And that was exactly what I wanted to ask :) What happens if I connect all the green houses with the green "demands" in a large network. So the answer is that a newly spawned car will choose any of the targets, maybe the first by spawn time even if it is far?

each house has two cars. when a demands come up, the closest available car will drive there to satisfy it. when a car is on the ways, it becomes unavailable, and the corresponding demand is locked in. if you connect a house to a large network, it may happen that some demands come up, but the closest car are currently unavailable. and that potentially could pull available cars from very far away. and because that demand is locked in, even if you reconnect roads to only closest houses, it won’t change and pull in the newly closest houses.

From 1:24, the 3 blue houses and the red house would have been directed to merge towards the left side of the red train station. The open road to the right of that station can be a train crossing towards the blue bread (blue square mall). The idea is to saturate the zone with temporary roads (preventing any square/circle malls to spawn on the worst places). Matt went bridge architect by giving the Real Estate Architects to spawn malls on the free spaces he wiggled with bridges.

1:12 I think the issue is that you're not supposed to touch the stitches on the track The short lines or it forces it to stop you have to weave properly through

Neither hypothesis is correct,the issue is that the game doesn’t let you build along a track, only across it. Counterexample for stitches: bridge at 6:21 And he has 2 bridges at 1:12 (icon at the bottom of the screen) since every level with water gives you bridges at the start
