This is not a company anyone struggling with mental health should look to and advertising it is harmful to people who are suffering. Cutting the milk bag IS a skill. He did it poorly. Size is one thing that matters, but holding tension is important too. My method: 1) "Gravity drop" shake downward. 2) Grab the Snip-it from the fridge (or pitcher). 3) Hold corner of bag (off hand) with a small pinch. 4) Slice an upward diagonal as close to your pinch as you can. 5) Put snip-it back on fridge (or pitcher). 6) discard the plastic triangle.
