The level flavor -text- speech is spot on. I've once watched [a to be elected public figure] try to make a u-turn on a sharply inclined road between two intersections, and get hung up on the curb; Become confused about what side of the curb the road was; And then repeatedly drive into/along the side of a restaurant while staring back at me across the intersection; Possibly thinking that they were high centered(?) on a piece of loose curb because their pickup was rocking/bouncing so much and feared wandering into the car I was in if they weren't 'paying attention'... The restaurant(?) owner caulked around the splinters of patio furniture embedded in the siding to stop water getting in, and intentionally left it that way for years until their realtor had them fix it so they could lease/repurpose the building.

17:00 super elevation helps heavy cars to take turns that they would not be able to take at that speed. You change lateral forces into downward forces, making it get more traction in a bank turn instead. They are added for high speed roads that have trucks traffic.

Amazing all the names for the survey equipment. That type shown we always called a “Transit” for what it it was traditionally used for coming off a benchmark. Theodolite is one that rotated on two axis, I think. A Total Station is an example of a digital theodolite. The Transit’s measuring stick is called a Philadelphia rod and is viewed from a fixed viewing height to get relative measurements. The TS shoots at a fixed height prism and considers the angles to determine relative measurement. So, kind of the opposite in where you fix a known value. Why do I know this?!

Citroen? That's neither Citroen, nor any other French car. Looking at the front of the car, it quite clearly looks like a Toyota logo, and when you're in the cockpit cam after a level, it very clearly says Toyota on the steering wheel. As for the model, my guess would be a Toyota Camry station wagon from the late eighties.
