Online wise, right now for me at least 1. Kenshi 2. Johnny Cage 3. Reiko 4. Baraka 5. Li Mei (Personal Choice, she's supposedly in the mid tier)

Baraka might've been nerfed but still looks really hard to deal with, stryker is to blame Sindel would've been my #6 Ashrah to me is not over powered, I think the community over reacted with her. She might have armored moves but she has flaws Raiden is no longer a threat thanks to cyrax nerf, he's semi balanced now, but maybe nerf his stormcell, also Stryker 🙃 Geras to me is an underrated one, slowly lookin like he'll eventually be high tier, but I already know that they will nerf him or Motaro because of the exploit
