This seems really long winded to me. 18 minutes in and we haven’t set an agenda, reviewed the pre qualification, reviewed and clarified his goals, his struggles, with his last agents marketing efforts. He seems bored and responding positively because it’s a recorded role play. I love Jackie but I don’t think this is a great role play. The real skill comes when she starts to present the cma. Over zoom and 20 minutes in, I don’t see this listing agreement getting signed. I love Jackie, I really do. But if a great listing presentation is question based and gets the seller talking- this guy said like 10 words so far.

No, I never used that line because I always worked from home. Obviously, that is applicable for agents that work in an office.
