Training for “legal stuff” hahaha 😂 the stuff that’s important. Leads, sales, closing training is everywhere. The barrier of entry is minimal if you aren’t a sales pro you’re gonna need to build those skills.. most of the coaches are just teaching you basic sales skills nothing crazy sales training is better than real estate coaching it’s trash high cost not worth it

Talk about direct. Also load leads into the CRM and follow up on a regular basis. Have a system. And somebody also said to me, don't stop prospecting after getting a listing appointment. Talk to people. Get your face out there. Volunteer in things you believe in. Get a platform.

What can I offer a listing client as a new agent? With no experience.

If we need 3000 numbers and at least 500 numbers a day to call, once we have dialed all 3000 numbers within 6 days, do we just expand the same area or move on to a different area and just keep the previous people in our database?

Most of the video was truly insightful. The intentional frown when acknowledging how the most honest and truth containing book in the world already gives us so many keys for life success, not just the one quoted which you seemed to have a bad taste when saying it, but more than what you wanted to acknowledge. In a way quoting it yet downplaying it, simultaneously. Now, that might be in order to please and keep the worldly God hating majority which also carry alot of the money that drives most. I dont know. But bad company corrupts good habits is undoubtably another truths it contains. In concept, alot of these rules have already been written there'; just goes to show that the world just hates because it can not remove the reality of what the book says in its entirety as a clear picture of the history of everything, from beginning to the end of everything. Hopefully you, the host , and others that read this comment can face the truth and accept the life offered by the truth, before its too late. The United nations organization already exists and the talks of how america has no intentions to pay all of its debt is clear. The only ones that act intentionally ignorant are the debtors themselves; as if china, Nk, russian and them are dumb and not waiting for the right moment to b0mb usa over $$$. Money is surely useful yet not the all in all; please acknowledge the true, longer lasting needs of us as human in this world that calls bad good and good bad. I'd rather listen to Lenny Kravitz ... instead of destroying agent commissions the lawsuit turned over the giant rock that these equity parasites have been hiding under ... now buyers and sellers can work together on the transaction and save the money that used to go to these insects

My experience is a seller is eager to pay buyers commission in order to attract agents to the home. If commission is 0, it becones a negative. Now, buyers agents have to say I'm worth it. If you want the home, there you go.
