The people in the comments need a sales 101 class. If you pick up the phone to call someone and they dont know you. Regardless if someone called previously and set an appointment. The new call is COLD they dont know you and chances are they gave the VA just enough information to get off the phone

@@roadlesstraveledd I think talking about this is valid but I don’t think your average virtual assistant has the cold call skills to make these call backs “warm”. I would like to know if the cold caller transfers these leads in real time to the closers or is that second call done later. An example of one aspect that can change a lead from cold to warm.
