Hi Priya, at 7 months the number of solid meals should be about 2…reason being that for first 12 months their primary nutrition needs to come from formula or breastmilk..also salt should be avoided in first 12 months..

Doctors do suggest pinch of salt after 6 months if baby sweats ... Also they suggest 3- 4 small meals for babies after 6 months. Turmeric is good to prevent infections, doctor recommended.
