Depends on location and quality of materials. A house like this in a MCOL with high materials is probably around 300-500k

Is having a corner condition for the retractable windows like that even possible? If so, that's pretty cool. Based on the current pricing in the Phils, I think this will cost more closely to the 72k mark or higher. Great design.

Отличный Дизайн не большого дома. Впечатляет решение с отверстием в крыше дома, в которое можно поместить деревья, не вырубая его. 😉👍 Вопрос: - А есть ли у автора, или будут проекты, с деревьями внутри дома? Говоря простым языком, когда дом выстроен вокруг дерева, и при этом, с природой можно взаимодействовать изнутри дома.
