What is the total lot area of this project? Can I purchase this design?

Loved the look of this house but without seeing a floor plan it is hard to work out the layout and flow. For example where is the second toilet? Am assuming it is on the ground floor but it must be off the kitchen, which is a lot of countries is illegal without a lobby. Also I'm not so keen on there being no windows in the living room. I know there is a lot of light from the swimming pool area but on a cloudy day the seating area could be quite dark without windows. Realistically a one bedroom house is quite limiting as you have no where to accommodate guests other than a sofa bed in the living room. An expensive house to build as effectively the garden is inside the house and there is no second floor over the kitchen area so not a great use of space to be honest.

The water feature in this design is amazing! Only for me? I would move the bathroom sink and the door. I would ask to have the bathroom door at the top of the stairs so as not to open into the bedroom. Everything else is beyond beautiful

I like the design, the idea wasn't a fluke, it seemed you really make time to create this kind of vibe for the viewers to feel like they have to mimic your design. Hello, i don't sell it, I just design, draw and share it for free on this channel.. If you want to build like this, it's better to contact an architect and engineer. They will help you for construction. The estimation is based on Philippines price list about 25k USD. Not Europe or US. And It's the price to build it by your own , not company. Wish you the best.
