I'm a complete noob in Blender rn, I just started messing with the most basic tools like a week ago, but bro, seeing you add/mess and play with that hive of presets and tools in such an easy and natural way is making my brain go into a coma

Absolutely love what you're doing!! If you're open to suggestions, I would REALLLLY love it, if at the end of a video, where you make a specific texture, if you zoomed out all the way on the node editor, and made the window bigger so people could get a high res screenshot of it, for future reference? That would be so great!

very good tutorial. what i like about it is that you not only explain how to do a realistic asphalt material but we learn also nice features of node wrangler. All packed very tight together and easy to follow the single steps. Excellent!

3:27 You can actually ctrl+shift+RMB drag from the voronoi texture node to the noise texture node to automatically bring in the mixRGB node, with the node wrangler addon

Can you please make video on how grass reacts to us when we walk through them. Little bit using physics
@AppleTomorrow3 жыл бұрын
I think you should use dynamic paint. Make the grass the canvas, and the foot the brush. Voila.

It seems using the noise texture to make the cracks look like cracks is making the texture pink. works alone but as soon as its plugged into the mix shader it bugs out. any feedback would be great thanks!

Hey, very nice video and texture turned out to be really realistic looking. But I have two questions. 1. How can I add some white/yellow strips? 2. How can I resize resolution to 64x64? Thanks for help and video!

Regarding your materials, if would advise you to name the inputs more appropriately (all the "scale" inputs for example) so that the user more conveniently sees what he tunes (scales in this case).

This asphalt effect is cool, but did anyone else gasp with desire at the crystalized bumpy texture Ducky 3D briefly created at 1:20?

I can't seem to connect the object coordinates to the noise texture and mix shader nodes. If I do, the texture becomes pink like it's missing the texture file. This is in 2.93.1. Can anyone help?

i did ti but how do i add it to objects? edit: i found out dont worry!

How do you get the wavy lines between nodes?
@SWOOP1R2 жыл бұрын
preferences...themes... scroll down to node editor open up the menu and look for "node curving" then set your level. It helps to have some nodes in view to see how strong you want the effect.
