Although I can find few things in common btw you and me like physique and personality..? As for your knee problems you mentioned in other videos, you’re naturally more flexible than muscular(like me), and you probably have over extended knee joints so you should check how you spread your weight on your feet when you stand and build muscles above your knees I’ll look forward to your next videos
