Former Starbucks barista here ✋ The Honey Citrus Mint is the official name for the Medicine Ball, so they’re the same thing. It’s made with hot water, lemonade, honey syrup, jade citrus mint tea, and peach tranquility tea. Sometimes, when we were out of one of the teas we would substitute an extra bag of the other tea. They probably used all jade citrus mint, which would definitely make it taste different. Anyway, hope this helps, and love your vlogs! They’re motivating me to get through my M. F. Also ex starbs worker and this is how i make a medicine ball @ home! Ingredients: one bag of peach tea (i like the target brand bc it also has honey), one bag of mint tea (any will do, i again go w target or like a Moroccan mint vibe), lemonade, honey | steps: boil water, line bottom of mug w honey, place both tea bags in the mug. When the water is like halfway to boiling, heat up half a cup of lemonade for about 2 odd mins or until it is steaming (i use microwave bc it doesn’t quite need to be boiling but get it hot). Once waters boiling, pour it to about halfway into the mug and then fill to the top w lemonade. Stir while it steeps so the honey gets distributed. I usually let it steep like 4 odd mins tho you ofc can just leave the bags in!
