Love seeing your perspective on ‘getting older’. I turned 30 this year but despite everyone around me telling me that it’s such a big deal etc I never felt that way. I still feel so young despite the societal pressure to put ‘aging’ women down. You reminded me to remind myself of all I’ve accomplished up till now and it’s a shit ton! Hello Jamie, love love love this video...When you feel like your in a style funk take care of yourself...Take a shower, brush your teeth...My depression normally has me in a funk! But I am also on long term medication, Tamoxifen for breast cancer and so dealing with hot sweats and insomnia too and there are times it really gets to me. I really felt for you when you were crying, it breaks my heart to see you crying. But sometimes, crying is a good thing, just let everything pour out and hopefully you can get past that point! I, too, am so frustrated seeing all of the hundreds of micro-trends that pop up every single week and cause for people to adopt and then quickly discard the clothing that's no longer "in". It was so much fun to watch your process with styling such unique pieces and accessorizing in fun ways. This has inspired me to get back into my own closet and try to find new ways to pair items. With all the trends nowadays its hard not to feel like buying more things and I'm really sick of consuming. Plus this was a reminder of why I loved fashion to begin with - to express ourselves. Dude the way my life would be complete if I owned that fuckin robe! my doctor also ordered me a sleep apnea test, but it wasn't certain that my insurance would cover it, so I had to send it back. I Hope all goes well with your test and you get some answers soon

Oh God my daughter Amelia she shares your birthday with you… she made 8yrs…am so happy because your such a beautiful soul who is always true to yourself… now it’s almost 10 years when am following you… I also have a lot of health issues and it’s a struggle especially when you’re a mum… a wife and still a woman at the same time who wants to feel good in your body… love you so much and inspire me a lot.. am 40 but I feel 20… I have never felt so beautiful … comfortable in my body and life decisions… more than I was in my 20’s… aging is inner freedom…❤️❤️💜💜🙏🙏

i turned 36 this year, it was new to me because i thought i was 34 lol. anyways, i am a mother of four boys. 15, 14,12, and 4. ive always been told youre so strong so emotionally intelligent so i lead with that. but in the last 5 years ive been slowly spiraling i dont know i still did what i had to do but slowly was letting go. im in full depression now. oh, my husband is adhd and three of my boys have autism. so im trying to get at is do you find yourself getting more sensitive as you've gotten older? ive found myself going over all of my parents parenting and just really not feeling good about it, like how is it just hitting me now. maybe something about raising a teenager is triggering me. loved the video as always, style is impeccable!
