First mistake is, flapping up at that stage of flight would already be too late, and there was no mention of spoilers, so im going to assume spoilers dont exist on the plane. second mistake was the lack of CRM (crew resource management), as seend in 3:43 to 3:45. they were confused on if they should go around or not. another mistake, is the high descend rate, and other factors led to this tragic ending of the crew and the passengers. If there was better training, and better communication among the crew, then this tragic accident couldve been prevented. fix me on any incorrectness
